The expansion was undertaken in response to growing demand for serviced offices in the area. Finchley is a vibrant and up-and-coming business district, and The Brentano Suite is ideally located to serve the needs of businesses of all sizes. The first step was to strip out the existing office space. This included removing all the furniture, fixtures, and fittings.
Once the space was clear, the team began the process of installing new walls, and floor as well as installing new electrical and plumbing systems.
The final step was to furnish the offices with new furniture and equipment. Tenants can expect a range of high-quality furniture that would provide them with a comfortable and productive working environment.
