The Brentano Suite – Luxury Serviced Offices and Meeting Rooms in North London are pleased to announce their expansion in North Finchley, N12.
A deal has been reached between the Brentano Suite and the Landlords of the building next to us for a new 10 year lease taking over 6000 feet - their 3rd floor at 915 High Road, North Finchley, London, N12 8QJ
Brentano will be totally stripping out the area and refitting it to our usual high standards, as well as incorporating access through the Brentano Suite main reception.
“The whole area, including a new kitchen and refurbishment of the cloakrooms should take around 12 weeks” said the CEO Stephen Spitz and we will be starting to pre let from our waiting list shortly”.
An additional 28 offices will be built – a mixture of sizes and the majority with windows will all have lovely views. On this floor, there is also a terrace offering some outside space for all of our tenants.
Currently in Brentano Suite Finchley we operate over 50 offices which are all currently let, as well as offering meeting rooms to tenants and external clients.
